The 20th international RS5C conference will be held at Cloth Hall Court in Leeds from 3–5 September 2025.

The preliminary programme is now available.
We’re pleased to announce that the abstract submitted by V4SAFETY was accepted. As part of the session Tools and Frameworks, Olaf Op den Camp [TNO] will present our work on Thursday 4 September: Applying the V4SAFETY prospective safety assessment framework.

About RS5C

Road Safety on Five Continents is an international conference aiming at increasing road safety globally by providing a platform for this essential knowledge exchange.

The RS5C conference is owned by VTI, the Swedish National Road and Transport Research Institute and organised in close cooperation with various partners. The RS5C 2025 conference is organised in close cooperation with the University of Leeds.

The conference, which will run from September 3–5 2025, aims to increase road safety around the world through knowledge exchange, research and innovation, and global collaboration.
