V4SAFETY webinar series
Introducing the V4SAFETY results webinar series
We’re proud to launch the V4SAFETY (Vehicles and VRU Virtual eValuation of Road Safety) webinar series - a deep dive into the final results of our project, delivered across a set of focused, expert-led sessions.
Over the past years, our project has developed a forward-looking framework for simulation-based safety assessment - designed to evaluate the long-term effectiveness of road safety measures, including vehicle technologies, infrastructure innovations, and behavioural regulations.
The first webinar (on the 4th of July) will set the stage, introducing the overall safety assessment framework and evaluation scope. In the sessions that follow, we’ll dive into key aspects such as baseline approaches, simulation of human behaviour, and tools for extrapolating long-term impact.
